Restore your smile in one day. Live, functional, beautiful.

Why choose All-on-X?
If you’re missing most or all of your teeth—or if you’re tired of dentures that slip, cause sore spots, or don’t let you eat what you want—the All-on-X full-arch implant solution offers a transformative alternative. At Anchor Dental & Implant Center, Dr. Bonanno and our team specialize in full-arch implant restorations including All-on-4, All-on-6 or other “X” configurations tailored to each patient’s needs.
Here are the key advantages:
- A fixed, permanent-feeling arch of teeth, not removable dentures
- Strong chewing ability: very close to natural teeth
- Jawbone stimulation: helps preserve bone that dentures often accelerate losing
- A confident, stable smile that doesn’t shift or slip
- Simplified care: you brush and floss like natural teeth

Is it right for you?
You might be a candidate for All-on-X if you are:
- Missing an entire upper, lower or both arches of teeth
- Currently wearing dentures and frustrated by fit, comfort or function
- Losing teeth rapidly due to gum disease or decay
- Seeking a long-term solution rather than periodic relines or replacements
In your first visit, our team will review:
- Your overall health and suitability for implant surgery
- A comprehensive exam including 3D imaging so we can map your jawbone and nerves
- Your goals for aesthetics, function and comfort
- Budget, timeline and financing options
What is the process?
- Consultation & Planning
- Implant Placement Surgery
- Healing Phase
- Final Restoration
- Ongoing Care and Maintenance
We begin with a detailed exam, digital imaging and a customized treatment plan. We’ll show you your options and walk you through what the “X” in All-on-X will be—how many implants, where they’ll go, the final restoration design, etc.
On the designated day, we place 4, 6 or more dental implants into the jawbone. These implants act as anchors for your new arch of teeth. In many cases we can deliver a provisional (temporary) fixed arch the same day.
Over the next several months, the implants osseointegrate (fuse) with the bone, providing a rock-solid foundation. During this period you’ll be guided on diet, oral hygiene and follow-up care.
Once healing is complete and your dentist verifies integration, we deliver your final prosthetic arch—crafted to look, feel and function like natural teeth.
Your new restoration still requires regular check-ups and hygiene visits, just like natural teeth. With proper care, your All-on-X arch can last for decades.

What to expect (“Day of” & after)
Day of surgery: Expect to be at the office for a few hours. Sedation will ensure you are relaxed and comfortable. After your implants are placed and your temporary arch is secured, you’ll rest and recover.
Healing phase: You’ll follow a soft-food diet for a short time, avoid excessive chew forces, and follow our instructions for hygiene and care.
Final arch placement: Once healing is confirmed (usually 3-6 months), we’ll place your final arch and make any needed adjustments for fit and comfort.
Long-term: Brush and floss like natural teeth, attend your regular hygiene visits and call us promptly if any issues arise.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I still need to use removable dentures?
No—once your All-on-X arch is in place, it is fixed and remains in your mouth. You’ll treat it like natural teeth.
How many implants will I need?
It depends on your jawbone health, anatomy and desired final result. Common configurations are 4–6 implants per arch, but we customize based on your case.
Will it hurt?
We’re committed to your comfort. With sedation and modern techniques, many patients report minimal discomfort. We’ll provide a recovery plan to keep you comfortable.
How long before I can eat normally?
You’ll start with softer foods and gradually progress. Most patients are eating regular foods comfortably once we place the final arch.
What happens if one implant fails?
While implant failure is uncommon, our comprehensive planning and quality materials help minimize risk. If any issue arises, we will address it promptly.
