What to expect
The day of surgery, and after

Day of surgery
Expect to be at the office for a few hours. Sedation keeps you relaxed and comfortable. Once the implants are placed and your temporary arch is secured, you rest and recover.

Healing phase
You follow a soft-food diet for a short time, avoid heavy chewing forces, and follow our instructions for hygiene and care while the implants integrate.

Final arch placement
Once healing is confirmed — usually 3–6 months — we place your final arch and make any adjustments needed for fit and comfort.

Long term
Brush and floss like natural teeth, keep your regular hygiene visits, and call us promptly if anything feels wrong.

It is the number of implants, left deliberately open. Common configurations are four to six per arch, but we customise based on your jawbone health, anatomy and the result you want.
No. Once your All-on-X arch is in place it is fixed and remains in your mouth. You treat it like natural teeth.
In many cases we deliver a provisional fixed arch the same day the implants are placed. The final arch comes later, once the implants have integrated with the bone.
Your restoration needs regular check-ups and hygiene visits, just like natural teeth. With proper care, an All-on-X arch can last for decades.
