Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Anchor Dental & Implant Center website. By using this site, requesting an appointment through it, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Medical disclaimer

The content on this website is general information about dental care and about our practice. It is not medical or dental advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed dentist. Any results described or shown are not a promise of the results you will get — every patient is different.

Not a dentist–patient relationship

Using this website, reading its content or submitting a form does not create a dentist–patient relationship. That relationship begins only once you have been seen and accepted as a patient of the practice.

Appointments and cancellations

An appointment request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to agree a time. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as you can.

Text messaging (SMS)

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to the consent statement on our forms, or by texting the practice, you agree to receive text messages from Anchor Dental & Implant Center.

• What we send. Appointment requests, confirmations and reminders, replies to your enquiries, and — only if you have separately opted in to marketing — occasional practice news and offers.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation message and then no further messages.
• Help. Reply HELP, or call us at (858) 221-6713.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent is not a condition. You do not have to agree to text messages in order to be treated at our practice or to buy anything from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the rest of your information.

Use of this website

You agree not to:
